"Hello" list appearing in any World Codex category with subcategories

Description

Any category that has children categories presents their children categories really poorly. Public categories without any other custom content in the catergory seem to render the Table of Contents (then only actually containing the children categories) with a "Hello
'Child Category'" for each child category.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Make a category 2. Make a child category in it 3. Open the parent category under the World Codex of the Public Presentation mode 4. Should be a problem on both Windows and MacOS

Also getting this on mine in Edge and Windows. Glad my actual data isn't affected, but it's definitely annoying!
