Manuscript word counter loosing data?

Description

I started working towarsd my WorldEmber goal, but my manuscript word counter shows smaller number after writing a whole day. Like went from 42860 to 41300 and now 40732?

Steps to Reproduce

I have no idea.

I start to think that the problem is related to the folders? Like moving folders? I’m lost.

The Manuscript will only count words if your content is under the Main manuscript directly and under a folder/chapter on the first level not deeper

Thank you for the help, I usually just use the feature, and I don't mind the word count on daily basis. I genuinely panicked when I saw the negative word count. Apologies for the extra work.
